Wasted my time. I was quoted $50 over the phone for a service, but when I arrived at the store, the price suddenly jumped to $80 — for the exact same phone I described earlier. When I questioned the change, the staff member gave a vague explanation that didn’t make sense, since nothing about the phone had changed. The only difference? I was now standing in front of them. Felt like I was judged based on how I looked, not what I brought in. Unprofessional and disappointing. I won't be returning.
Great customer service!! My phone was frozen, it was not responding nor turning off. He fix it at no time without service fee! Much appreciated. I highly recommend this store!!
This place is awesome - I had a memory card in my Samsung and I smashed my screen - couldn't turn off my phone and didn't want to risk corrupting the only copy of pictures and videos of my kid. When I dropped off my phone (walk-in) the guy who helped me immediately understood and safely removed my memory card. They fixed my screen in under 45 mins and my phone is back to normal.
