Great customer service!! My phone was frozen, it was not responding nor turning off. He fix it at no time without service fee! Much appreciated. I highly recommend this store!!
This place is awesome - I had a memory card in my Samsung and I smashed my screen - couldn't turn off my phone and didn't want to risk corrupting the only copy of pictures and videos of my kid. When I dropped off my phone (walk-in) the guy who helped me immediately understood and safely removed my memory card. They fixed my screen in under 45 mins and my phone is back to normal.

They also offer great recommendations which I appreciate. Service to change zflip4 screen was fast - 1 hour! I went shopping in T&T while I waited. Easy to find on the second floor. My phone screen had a few cracks, but less than two and a half months after having it replaced here, the screen completely burned out and became unresponsive.
Took my iPhone 10S in for repairs. Phone would not boot up, stuck in continuous boot loop. Tom fixed my phone same day. Moisture damaged the Face ID connection. No more Face ID but I will need a new phone soon anyway. Fair price and good service. I was so stressed because I could not get into my emails or banking due to 2 step verification all going through my phone. Thank you for fixing while I wait. Definitely worth the trip from Mt. Albert.
