I wanted to get a used phone outright so I didn't have to change my phone plan. I spoke with Kevin. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough with making sure I was happy with my purchase. Replaced front and back glass and battery in a very timely manner. Excellent service
Had my phone repaired by these guys. They told me that a new battery would fix all my problems. Still had the issue, brought it back and they replaced another sensor but cracked my screen during the process and replaced it with a very brittle screen that was so so easily damaged. At the end of this, all my phone still had one of its original problems and I had a broken phone screen.
