Came here to get a simple screen repair/replacement and was told they'd have my phone out the same day and would call me when it was completed, then I was brought on a wild goose chase of "oh I'm sorry we didn't actually have the part we needed to repair your phone, please come back tomorrow". This then leads to subpar and downright criminal negligence, leaving my phone in a worse off state than what I originally left it in to be repaired in the first place!
