Super helpful guys. I needed a document off my MacBook urgently and it was not charging up properly. They got it sorted for me and cleaned it all up. A great local service and much cheaper than if is gone to the apple shop. They also cleaned the port on my husbands iPhone so he can now charge it properly! Thank you so much guys.
I am once-again absolutely delighted with the excellent service I received recently from James at MS with regard to my mobile phone. He patiently explained the problem, sorted it then showed me how to prevent it happening again. He also sorted me out with a new screen protector and a proper cover for my phone. All this and he was pleasant, polite, cheerful and patient with my lack of tech knowledge - all much appreciated. 10/10 for quality service - many thanks.

What can I say. Absolutely fantastic!! So hopefully I was locked out of my phone because of a password, resolved it within the hour and helped me get it set back up, didn't charge a lot either. Thank you once again. Highly recommend
