Came for a new iPhone 12 battery, he ended up damaging and changing the screen in the process to a rubbish 3rd party screen which now pocket dials in my pocket constantly, and the battery power is worse than it was before. Now I need a new phone costing me 100s , should have just gone to Apple and paid £80 for a new battery
Went in as my phone wasn't turning on or charging, thought at first it was a battery issue or a ribbon cable disconnected, but after replacing the battery and checking the connectors, they showed me that the problem was still there, meaning the battery was not the problem. they said it was likely a short on the motherboard, took it to another place for a second opinion and they said the same but quoted more, the motherboard ended up not being repairable as the short had caused too much damage, however was replaced very quick... read more
