At first I was happy they were able to fix my cracked screen in 20 min. But after I went home noticed signal was very poor . Did lots of calls and homework and turns out when changing the screen its possible to damage the antana if not done properly. Drove back to store to explain what was happening, reply was phone works fine , screen has nothing to do with the antana, which is not true. Today I called ahead of time as I live 25 min away. After getting a privacy screen protector installed on my phone, and the fingerprint sensor no longer working due to it, I asked for a refund, where they asked me for a receipt, which they obviously did not provide. So instead of settling for a refund, I got another screen protector installed and 10$ cash. (This time not a privacy screen protector).
