Upon the recommendation of one of their staff, I purchased a cover for an iPad Pro. Got home and found that it was the wrong cover for the iPad model that I had specifically stated to the representative. Went to return the iPad cover and they would not credit me back the cost of the cover due to their error. Tells me give me 25 min I said what they said it quick like 5 10 min I said ill stand right here while u fix it in 25 min, sure enough not even 3 min its done! Why they want to keep my phone for 25 min for a 2 min job is beyond me but I dont trust them with my phone be cautious using these guys
