Took my ipad in to be diagnosed and told them I thought it was the battery maybe, they said they would order a new battery and replace w/o actually looking at it, I paid $108 and left it for 5 days they called and said well actually its the charging port and it will be another $100 w/this discount and insured me that it will charge but it will take 2/3 times of plugging it in to register, I passed on the extra cost because why wasn't it actually looked at and diagnosed before they ordered a part to replace? I had a small disagreement with one of the workers, and they handled it expertly and with care, being kind and knowledgeable they fixed the problem promptly. i would reccomend, they definetly want you to get what you need, and will help you get along with your goal
