I brought my phone in for a battery replacement and wasn’t able to pick it up before I had to go to work. Joe went above and beyond by delivering it to me at my job on his way home. I certainly wouldn’t expect delivery every time but I cried when he called to offer because I had been without my phone for a month. Sometimes blessings are a dude named Joe, who’s willing to make an extra stop. (Also his coworker whose name I didn’t catch but was super helpful in determining the best treatment for my phone!)
