This even makes me more upset to write this. But I had. So on Monday 01/27/25 I took my iPhone 13 there to transfer everything on it to my new iPhone because the 13’s screen is off. I was told by Brandon that it will take 2 to 3h. Well I left my phone and came back more than 3h later and it wasn’t backed up from my 13 to the computer talk less of backing it up from the computer to my new iPhone. Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond my initial service request to make sure I was set.
My kiddo broke their charger off inside the iPad and I tried everything to get it out and I couldn’t so I took it up to mobile revive. It was my first time going there and he had the iPad Fixed within 30 minutes and the price was super reasonable. Ill definitely be going there again if I ever have any problems in the future!
