Good communication and honest
I have a z fold 5 that has a screen protector that is on there when you get the phone. They priced me a whole new screen for 641(around there) to replace the whole screen, saying that it's usually the screen and that a new protector wouldn't help. I took a chance and changed the screen protector( it was like a regular screen protector), and it is fine. Really disappointed. I was quoted one price, then charged more at pickup with no clear reason. The repair also took longer than promised, and I had to keep asking for updates. Poor communication and not great customer service. I wouldn’t come back.
They were great, weren't able to fix my phone but I had a great experience and will come back to them if I have any other problems.
