Better prices on refurbished phones than online retailers (Amazon, BestBuy). Also if you buy a phone they will do a complementary data transfer which is otherwise ~$60. Super customer service. Lots of inventory and accessories. This is probably the best phone store out of the dozen or so in Pine Centre mall.
