Went there for a phone cover and there were a lot to choose from. Got to know they also have cell phone repair services. Soniya was very lively and while I was there she was prompt to also accommodate phone calls of customers who were calling about repair services. Definitely a local place to go for cell phone fixes.
Dropped in to get my battery changed on my Pixel 7. Quick and efficient service from Zafar. Had me up and going again in a few hours . He was organized and had the parts in stock. Better service then I've gotten from Black Apple in the past. Highly recommend.
My iPhone 16 died overnight after I powered it off to charge at 3%. Woke up to nothing, couldn’t turn the phone on — no time, no way to transfer money, no way to pay for anything. Bell couldn’t fix it and pointed me a few doors down to Mobile Q. I walked in frazzled and told Zafar upfront I was low on funds. He didn’t flinch. Had my broken phone for over 24 hours. Said it couldn't be repaired enough to have the data transferred. Also quoted me over $200 for just the screen to be replaced and told me the phone was being repaired. Also placed a password on the phone so it can't be backed up to a computer. I went to a different phone repair store, and they were able to repair the phone enough to be backed up within 1 hour. Same yourself the time. Go somewhere else.
