These gentlemen helped me out when I was in a major pickle. I accidentally Sim locked my phone (long story), and couldn't get back in. I had no one around to help me, and was starting a new job the next day which I needed my phone to access the site. This all occurred at around 7pm. I tried the Telus mobility chat, and the agent/boy closed the call without helping.
