Updated to add: Christina takes an active role during class, adjusting your body and carefully observing alignment as you go. Every class is different and tailored to the group that day. Bravo! I saw Dr. Rachel while in my second trimester which was simultaneously when I was about a year postpartum. She was so . In my second trimester, I had an issue that I thought I would just have to deal with the for remainder of my pregnancy once it arose. I am very impressed with this practice and Rachael Deloreto's expertise! I was nervous about starting physical therapy but Rachael and her student Kenia made me very comfortable. I asked for practical exercises that would fit into my daily life with 3 small children, and Rachael happily fulfilled that request.
