Dropped phone at 4pm, face completely black from 4.30pm and ton of work to do tonight for work that I need phone for. Got to shop at 4.56 (they close at 5) and Ian stayed behind and got me sorted with new screen in 20mins. Amazing customer service and excellent quality!!
