I've given this shop enough chances. 2 holidays without my phone. Been into store several times, which is time consuming when needing to park etc. Taken £350.00 off me and my phone will not charge after replacing the charging port. Charges on wireless devices ie in my car. I would hazard a guess they didn't replace my port. Just took the money off me. Keep fobbing me off saying is it charging..yes when you hold pressure on the port. Brought several new samsumg plugs and wires. It's definitely the charging port! I'm not visit... read more
