Hmm...where to start. Allie and the crew flat out suck. Customer service sucks. They Don't call back when they say they will. I initiated all contact with them at least 5 times. They said they'd call by CoB. And they never did. I was quoted $75 *2 ipods. They were able to get one fixed...but still that was mediocre job. The LCD on that isn't fully seated. When i went to go get refund on the 2nd (again...that was 3 weeks!!) they only refunded 40 dollars stating that a discount was only given on one repair. They gave me back m... read more
