I am so happy with this shop. Amazing tech, kind service.
Just had the rear glass replaced today. Everything looked fine until later I noticed that my camera can’t focus anymore. It took me some time to realise that it’s actually a cheap plastic material that they’ve put and hence the focus lens doesn’t see clearly through it. The scanning tool in the notes app doesn’t manage to take a decent scan either anymore. All things that worked fine even with the broken rear glass before. Very disappointing as I repaired my screen a few year back and they did a good job back then.
This is the second time I have visited Mobile Phone Care and Welcome Tech. The first time was with a mobile phone that the internet had stopped working... turned out to be an antenna problem that needed replacing. The price was just over $100 and I was so relieved. This time it was an ipad that the battery had died. I was warned that it might need to include the screen being damaged. Anwya it didnt and they managed to fix it for $220 again saving me a fortune on a new one. I fully recommend them. Thank you guys
