Never have I ever...you are dropped off an hour before your appointment and then have to wait up to two hours after your pick up time!!! It's ridiculous!!!
I call at least 2 weeks ahead of time to schedule my ride. Also I call a week ahead of time to see if they found someone to take the trip.Mobile One take the trip and the day of the appointment they send the trip back. They never call to say why they send the trip back. I have to call the MTM to ask what time mobile one will pick me up only to find out they want be coming. It’s really sad When you are paralyzed and in a power wheelchair but you have to depend on someone else to transport you around. Really need to go to my D... read more
