Michelle was prompt and courteous as well as being knowledgeable of the documents that needed signing
Didn’t respond to my texts, phone calls, emails, nothing. And when you ask for an appointment, you have to wait for her to approve or deny it. She didn’t do any of that! So I sat around waiting for a response only for the appointment to never even get approved or not. I found someone else who was quick and easy thankfully.
Michelle was thoroughly prepared, extraordinarily competent, gracious with the errors of others, and just really nice to spend a few minutes with!
