A prompt, professional service that I would highly recommend. Ms. Faiello is a great communicator. As a level 5 guide, I've written countless reviews and am more than happy to give 5 stars to this service. She managed the whole thing for me from out-of-state. Very reasonable pricing as well.

This person seemed more interested in her personal business than providing a service. I called to schedule an appointment and unfortunately had a family issue pop up immediately after. Within four minutes I called back to explain that I couldn't make it out of courtesy. Not only was this person rude, but they hung up on me and told me not to callback. As a public servant I understand the stresses of dealing with the people but there is no excuse for rudeness. Figure out how to be more professional.

Hello, My wife & I were closing on a house remotely. Beyond a notary Debra was also a consultant on the intricacies of the closing process. On the day before the closing Debra unfortunately suffered an injury. With the fresh injury she was 100% focused on the getting the job done, arrived on time & double checked all the work. We had some issues within the closing process (due to closing firm) & Debra helped us navigate a second batch of documents on the fly. 5 stars doesnt do enough justice!
