Called to get a permission form notarized and her response was "you should go to the bank, I don't understand what you want" after I literally told her that I was taking my son out of the country and need my husband's permission. Waste of time!

This lady just called my house, I'm assuming because our loan company set up the appt and she was calling to confirm. She spoke too fast, didn't explain who she was and was very short and rude. I'm sorry, someone I don't know coming to my house to sign documents with private information needs to sound a little more professional. This lady is super rude and hangs up in your face. I will definitely not recommend anyone to her. She treated me as though I called her personal phone to intentionally disturbed her knowing she was closed. Before you treat people unkind you should definitely update your website hours because according to your site you are open today until 8pm. If I could rate her professionalism negative 5 stars I definitely would
Its Sunday afternoon, and I have to get a Power of Attorney signed before Monday. Dr. J met us a a location at 6pm on Sunday and told me what to bring to the meeting so that there wouldn't be any delay. At the location she verified my document and corrected a few errors. She performed her work with complete professionalism and a smile. Would definitely recommend for future. Thank you.
