I was told the apostille process would take about 2 weeks, but it took 3 weeks just for the State of Florida to receive my paperwork and another 3 weeks to send it back. On top of that, the package got lost in the mail, so I didn’t get my documents back for almost 2 months. The worst part was that when I finally got everything back, the State of Florida rejected it because the notary’s signature wasn’t an original signature.
