Me like many others drove all the way out for my appointment just to find this place closed; no email, no call, no text, no note on the door. Called multiple times no answer. Got a call back after they were closed from the owner saying they decided not to come in THE ENTIRE DAY because of “bad roads” (they were clear). No apology, just tried to shift the blame to someone else even though you can clearly see in the reviews this is a common occurrence. Not sure why they think they can keep getting away with this.
