The staff has always been very friendly. The last time I went, I had a late day job call and needed a pre test. I rushed over, but got there as they were closing. I was walking back to my car when someone opened the door and said they'd just locked up, but if I was ready to test they could let me in. I had no expectation to get in after they'd locked the door, the fact that they offered was incredible. I was ready for my test and was probably in and out within 5 minutes.
