This review is in regards to my interactions with them while searching for quotes to have a phone screen repaired (Moto razr). I have a Dell Inspiron 15 laptop that would not turn-on yesterday morning. I went to Best Buy where they told me the motherboard was dead, and needed replacement. Today at 1:00 p.m. I took it to Mobile Masters where they suggested a diagnostic check and they would call me with any repairs/suggestions, within 2 - 4 days. SHADY Business! Do NOT Bring Your Stuff Here! 🚫 From someone who takes great care of their phone—learn from my mistake. I brought my Lg-K92 in about two weeks ago for a diag and possible repair. They ended up replacing the power button and brought my phone back to life. Great communications throughout the entire process, with follow ups👌. Outstanding service, and quality work.

I rated 5 stars because they were quick fixing my IPad screen. I was able to communicate through text and still get my job done. They always kept me in the loop and was upfront about the cost and the procedures. I will 100 percent use them in the future. If you have any devices that need to be fixed definitely reach out to them. It's about 2 weeks since I had my tablet screen fixed and you can't even tell. There was multiple cracks and hair line damage to it.
