When the screen on my laptop was shattered, I was horrified. So much of the information necessary for my life was stored there. I had never heard of Mobile Masters, but found this business using my iphone, The staff was courteous and exceptionally professional. The new screen had to be ordered. I was promised that the laptop would be repaired by 6 pm the next day. It was done by 3 pm and cost far less than anticipated. I am using it to do this review. Mobile Masters are excellent!
This is my third visit and those guys are amazing! Bryce helped two of the three times he is super nice and friendly! Didn’t catch the guys name that checked us out I know he went to Towson he was equally as amazing! Highly recommend for all repairs ! There is literally nothing they can’t fix
Literally Tried to use their services. Got a quote for a iPhone battery replacement for 109$ which is already expensive. Then on top of that, I sent my girlfriend and they tried to upsell her 40$ to recalibrate the phone battery so the phone could see the percentage? They didn't say it was optional and she called me, got on the phone with a guy and suddenly he told me it was optional? I've always had a great experience dealing with Mobile Masters. I have purchased several phones from them. Also had them fix phones, that didnt seem like they were able to be fixed. To my surprise they were able to fix them. I would highly recommend Mobile Masters for purchasing phones or repairs.
I had an amazing experience! I had reached out about fixing the shattered back of my iPhone 14 Pro and replacing the battery. They responded quickly, gave me a quote, and informed me that they could fix it the next day. It was a painless process, dropped it off and picked it back up same day, good as new!
