Mobile Masters has been a life saver! I first met with them in February to help repair a charging port on my computer. They gave a quote via text and I dropped it off same day. Fast forward to June, I then had an issue where my laptop screen wasn't turning on. They performed a diagnostic test and let me know what they found, the cost to repair it, and that I could pick it back up later that day. Counter customer service was great so I was hoping for the best at my visit. I went to repair a cracked screen. It was repaired in a timely fashion but I lost all sound. They gave me sound on the return visit. But, I received back a phone that takes all day and night to charge, I have to type searches because mic no longer works, and I can't make calls because IF it goes through it MUST be on speaker to be heard and sound quality is too poor to complete the call.

Very knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with. Diagnosed the problem with my console and had it fixed quickly. Will be coming to them if any of my other devices experience issues, moving forward. Would recommend their services to anyone.

A customer in a phone store told me about Mobile Masters after I was told I needed to buy a new phone. I went to Mobile Masters and they fixed my. Phone the same day at a reasonable price. Since then they are my first stop with any problem. They are able to diagnose and fix any electronic problem I have brought them. Courteous. professional, timely and at a fair price what more could you ask for?
