I purchased my first boat from an out of town dealer so was looking for a local certified Mercury technician to do my regular maintenance. I’m so happy to have found Mike and Cathy at Mobile Marine Services. Mike had my service done quickly, and spent extra time servicing not only my Mercury outboard, but also my Shorelander trailer. Absolutely top-notch service from Mobile Marine Grimsby! I have been servicing my boat here for around 6 years. Mike is very knowledgeable, efficient, and went above and beyond to get my boat back in the water. Mike takes care of my boat as if it were his own and explains to me his troubleshooting process which is important to me because it also helps me learn about my boat. I have had the pleasure to deal with Mike and Cathy twice in the past 2 summers and they helped me get back on the water with kindness and the kind of customer service that is not come across often. As a long term boater, it is rare to find a mechanic and marine shop that brings such care and extra efforts to their customers. Mike & Cathy are a pleasure to deal with. Great prices, service and products ! Mike went above and beyond during the entire experience. I knew little about boats but he took the time to explain every part I needed, why, and the purpose of it. He talked about proper maintenance and even gave me boating advice. When i was in a jam he even helped me find storage for the boat! 10/10 experience, highly recommended!!
