Had the worst experience with this company!! Extremely rude to my 9 year old child- extremely unprofessional. Not good to work with.
I have shared a 5 star review once in the past but felt that I needed to do so again. I recently had 2 issues with my Mercury motor and got top notch service from Mike and Kathy to get the problems resolved. Neither issue was an easy one to trouble shoot, but Mike took the time to look at things one step at a time to find the problem.
