Tried 3 mobile phone shops in Grimsby and Cleethorpes to transfer mobile data from my old Samsung to a new Samsung phone - one closed, one a complete waste of time and one major store wasted my time going. Went to Mobile Mania and what a different attitude - couldn’t have been more helpful, sorted my phone out, reasonably priced - Would Definitely Recommend. The gentleman who looked after me was probably the owner who definitely knows about customer satisfaction !!!

I use them sometimes when I am having an issue with my phone. They're eager to help. Good value. Kind and friendly men who usually work there. Lovely owner. It's situated within my locality.

5 star service… Nothing less than 5 stars would do justice. I recently needed a Samsung sim carrier urgently. The guy at the helm is a true gent. He had none in stock but removed one from a new phone and, to enable me to get online quickly, sold it to me at a very reasonable price. A very honest professional, knowledgeable and courteous.Highly recommend and will use in future. Thank you!!!
