Hello Mobile Mad... Update, it's 16th July 2024, and you still haven't made any attempt to follow my suggestions to make disabled people with their service animals welcome on your premises. Try again... as the shop owners previous reply had inaccuracies. This might be that he is unsure how to liaise with customers who come in with their assistance dog.
