What a turnaround of events! Thank you to the whole team at mobile Konnect. From management to their store front teams, everyone was very considerate, understand and supportive in getting my phone fixed. A big shout out to Shweta, Mirza, Raman and Anthony. Most amazing customer service from 2 of the most lovely people. They were so honest about the condition of my phone and whether it was worth fixing. They helped me more than I could have expected, in order to save my data. I was so stressed by the situation, and having come to these people and seeing how willing they were to genuinely help me, put me at ease. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for quality service.
