Manque de sérieux, j’apporte mon iPhone pour changer la batterie au bout de 30 minutes ils me disent qu’il ne peuvent pas la changer car la vis est cassé… Le téléphone a été acheté neuf et n’a jamais vu un réparateur ou autre. Au final je récupère mon iPhone avec une vis à moitié sortie et le pas de vis totalement abîmé. Donc mon telephone se retrouve non réparable car ils ont cassé la vis permettant de l’ouvrir. C’est inadmissible ! D’autant plus qu’ils n’assument pas leur erreur et ne veulent rien faire.
