I'm pretty sure that the majority of these good reviews are from their many friends who hang out at the kiosk with them. The ones the staff pretend are customers with problems that had to be dealt with, which is why they have been unable to deal with my issue in the time frame promised. They will try and make you pay up front, then give you some nonsense about a warranty being the reason they are more expensive (of which we saw no signs of in the end). Very unprofessional! Bad client service. Went to get a screen fixed on my son's IPAD and they took it and said it can be fixed. They told me 3 days and that they would call me. I tried calling them on the 3rd day . No answer and voicemail full. Called about 20 times until someone picked up. They told me that they could not fix it, ok fine, but WHY make me wait 3 days to tell me? Could of been longer had I not called a million times. They started giving me a bunch of lame excuses.
