Went for a battery change, but they did not have the piece. To order it, for some reason, you have to take an appointment first. The personnel was dismissive and wouldn't do it on their end, I had to do it on my own. As such, that's no big deal but that's a bit of a discourtesy. They said the piece would take 2 weeks to get there, which it did not when I showed up for the appointment, taken 3 weeks later just to be sure.
