Avoid at all cost. My partner came to repair a phone screen. Charged 500$ + 100$ warranty and got a screen with a lot of scratches, staff say it was normal. We take great care of the phone. Our carrier finds it weird to find scratches that the nails gets caught in. We're now almost 1000$ total to pay because of a sloppy job.

C'est une très belle expérience je retourne pour prendre d'autres services je viens de prendre un téléphone avec un forfait et je suis très satisfaite je reviens sûrement prendre l'Internet residanciel et si j'ai besoin de faire réparer mon cellulaire je sais où partir maintenant merci beaucoup sam
J'ai détester mon expérience! Malheureusement j'ai eu un problème avec mon Samsung galaxie s24 que je venais d'acheter...On m'explique qu'il passe encore sous garantie Samsung que je dois aller directement au klinik mobile du carrefour Laval pour qu'il puisse le réparer.J'arrive là bas j'explique mon problème mon cellulaire charge mais le Google map n'apparaît pas dans mon auto alors que si j'utilise un autre cellulaire ça fonctionne...Les deux me regarde la fille et le gars avec peu d'intérêt.Le gars plug mon cell et me dit... read more
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. One is required to leave their phone for at least 5 days for any repair, so make sure you have a backup phone beforehand. It's sometimes hard to get through to someone over the phone (often no answer, voicemails not returned), but I think they are just overwhelmed. This being said, a warranty repair that Google said should be done by appointment on the spot within one hour ended up taking two weeks (even once the parts arrived).
