Today as of September 9, 2025 I call mobile klink Langley for an issue with my charging port (need cleaning) of Google pixel 9pro which is under warranty December 2025, they call me for mobile degnostics and when I went there, one of the woman technician told me that I have to Pay $230 for my charging port cleaning and I then walk out from the store, then I went to Metropolitan branch of Mobile Klinik over there Jatin handle my issue and resolve it with in 10 mins free of cost. These guys are the real deal! I've sadly been the type of guy that needs screen repairs and battery replacement every year. (I've got bad luck, lol.) BUT, the store manager Simran, was truly great. He did the replacement screen repair right in front of me and showed me all the serial numbers to the parts. He answered all my questions and was ultra professional.
Made an appointment, described my problem, fought traffic to get there, only to be told they don't do that repair. Probably should have been something they told me when I made the appointment. Wasted 2 hours of my time.
I booked an appointment for a phone battery replacement. When I arrived, they casually told me they didn’t have the battery in stock. When I asked why no one informed me before my visit, their excuse was literally, “we’re too busy to check appointments.” That is beyond unprofessional. My time was completely wasted.
