Made an appointment, described my problem, fought traffic to get there, only to be told they don't do that repair. Probably should have been something they told me when I made the appointment. Wasted 2 hours of my time.
I booked an appointment for a phone battery replacement. When I arrived, they casually told me they didn’t have the battery in stock. When I asked why no one informed me before my visit, their excuse was literally, “we’re too busy to check appointments.” That is beyond unprofessional. My time was completely wasted. Hear hear! Showed up to get the battery replaced for Google Pixel 6a and am told on arrival that the batteries are not in stock, and it’s Google’s fault to send them here, and that they are too busy with “other work” to check the appointment and let the customer know before that this is the issue. They would rather you drive there and be told “sorry can’t serve your appointment”. With this service you can guess how they got their high average rating here.
I dealt with Sargun for an extended warranty claim on my phone. She was super helpful on the phone and even that much better in-person. She estimated 2 hours to get the work done but was able to process the repair in 40 minutes! I recommend her for your mobile needs.
I really needed a phone as my old one broke and Sargun helped me a lot with getting me into a new phone! Awesome customer service with her and everyone should ask for her honesty. Will be returning in the future for all my phone needs!
