I had a great experience at this phone repair shop. Vavic was incredibly honest and helpful. He fixed my phone for free and explained everything clearly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely wants to help without trying to upsell you. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this place if you need any phone repairs.

Worst store ever giving defective displays and then putting the blame on customers it's not just me I meet multiple people with the same issue these people are scammers
Broke my phone screen at noon, dropped it off at 1:30, it had a new screen on it by 4pm. Absolutely amazing.
We worked with Janice, who is efficient, friendly, and an absolute professional. Not only does Mobile Klinik offer excellent plans at a good price, with great deals on phone tabs, but Janice at White Oaks does an excellent job working with you to change over plans. I brought my in-laws to her as they had been overpaying on their plans previously, and Janice was able to help them get new phones and plans, all within an hour (or less). 5/5 would recommend Janice.
