Janice W is the best product care specialist I ever encountered. She really helped me. She explained details about the plan while other companies like Rogers, Fido could not explain detail details about their plans and when I spoke with Janice, she assisted me with this and because everything was clear to me I switched to the plan with Telus. I wish people like Janice would work everywhere in customer service
I had a large build up in the charger port of my s25 ultra, and went to Mobile Klinik to ask how I might get it cleaned out, and instead of learning what i needed, they just did it. Free of charge. Janice and Vivek are lifesavers. If you need help with your phone, go here.
Went in to get a screen replaced was $200. She convinced me switch my $25 fido plan to Telus. Ended up paying $75 month. I cancelled the Telus plan and they ended up charging me almost $400 sad I wasn't notified she put me in a 2 year contract. They have moved to a sales team to push me phones and contracts not giving phones. Highly disappointed wasn't in my best interest it was in the stores best interest.
