Completely terrible service. I have warranty so part was ordered. By the time part comes in and go to get part installed warranty has expired. They refused to install part unless I paid for it even tho I had warranty when part was ordered. Definitely don't recommend.
Awful service. I am sorry to see this place is an authorized Samsung repair center. The ladies working here did not seem remotely interested in helping. All they wanted to do was a factory reset. Stay away!
Took my phone in to have the back glass replaced. Employees were very rude. Tried to tell me that if they found any else wrong with my phone they would be fixing it and I had no choice but to pay them. After some heated discussion they understood that I was not paying them to fix anything they happened to find. Got the phone back and the repair did not fit properly so there is a gap at the back. Terrible service....do yourself a favor go somewhere else.
