Fixed my cell it had a locked screen. Free. Ashley Moon was great. Also looking for a refurbished Samsung cell. None available at this time. She gave me her card & said I can phone her back weekly.
PAID 220$ (double the price than any other phone store) to fix a minor crack in my phone screen. The screen they installed doesn't work or respond properly since the replacement. The screen they installed has camera lenses my phone doesn't possess.... The screen goes black often. They did not fix my screen they actually made it 10x worse. And to top it off, even when you are the most polite, customer service is rude. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Terrible customer service. They wouldn't change a screen on my drone camera. The rudely said they didn't do that stuff but they are a phone repair shop so I thought if they can replace phone screens they would be able to replace a little camera lens but apparently not!!
My Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra screen got damaged and I had an urgent flight to catch the same day. There was no location near me that could do the repair. When I called this location and explained my predicament, they were all so super helpfull and committed to get my screen repaired. I trully appreciate the great customer service and experience! Special thanks to Ashley aswell!!
