After a few great suggestions from friends including one that just had her screen replaced here at Mobile Klinik. I’m not sure if I went on a bad day - the guy that was working was not helpful at all. Amazing service! Unfortunately had to deal through Asurion for my claim BUT the staff at the store were awesome and sympathetic to my issues with Asurion. Would deal with them again!
