We have visited your store and dealt with Mike on both occasions. He was most helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the matter with patience and kindness to enable us to better under stand why we were experiencing the issue and solved the problem with our photo transfer app. Thanks Mike, it was nice to see you again.
I came in to get my battery replaced, they did so in about an hour and my phone works much better now! Best part is they stood behind their work as I guess the screen was damaged during the process and they didn’t charge me for a new one. Great customer service!
Prompt, speedy and excellent service. Had full screen replacement and while this is not inexpensive it was a valuable option for me
Came in here the other day to get a battery replacement for my mother in laws phone. Junior associate Mike was unbelievably rude and arrogant. Clearly was in an absolutely terrible mood and decided that customers asking for help were the ones in the firing line. I was told on the phone I had to come in person to make an appointment for a few weeks later, which was fine. Then on arrival was told it would be several months.
