I do not recommend this place. First of all I went into the store and showed them that I needed my camera lens changed as it was cracked on my iPhone 16 that is 15 months old. They filled out a form with my name and number and model of phone. Said they would get back to me in a couple days. I waited over a week and decided to call the. They had no record of me and their explanation was that someone must of called and I didn't answer so they get rid of the info so they don't order the parts and get stuck with them. Lucky at the Vaughan Mills location was great. Got my wife a upgraded phone. He took the time to explain everything. Got us a great deal. Would recommend you go and see him. Thank you!
Not impressed with this place. Will not return nor recommend. I needed to have the back glass of my iPhone changed as it is broken, they made it seems like it would be really easy. Told me it would be $99 all in. This was at the beginning of August. I reached out to them on August 25th, the guy told me he was going to follow up. He didn’t follow up. Dropped my phone off and they said they would order the part for it and it should be done in 3 days. Go back 3 days later and they still haven’t ordered the part. No apologies
