I called at 7pm at night asking if they could take me right away to fix my phone and the lady who answered took the time to help me troubleshoot it and fix it over the phone call and didn’t charge me anything. 5 out of 5 customer service. Will bring all my repairs and business here going forward
Wow!!! I was told by Samsung to call Mobile Klinik, the man who I just spoke to at Mobile Klinik Overbrook was literally the RUDEST person I've ever spoken to on the phone. He's arguing with me that what Samsung told me wasn't correct even though they are the Samsung service center. He was cutting me off mid sentence and saying I was yelling when I was talking calm and quietly to him. Rude Rude Rude!!!
