I was in recently at the St. Laurent location and received excellent customer service from Brandon . He is very knowledgeable with cell phone repairs, friendly and will go above and beyond to satisfy the customers. With some of the prices being high for repairs, Mobile Klinik offered in store promotions that helped knock down my bill . I needed my charging port cleaned and Mohammed got me back up and running in no time. Great service!
I’ve never been so disrespected! Twice I have gone into this location and essentially they turn me away at the door. All I wanted to do was see what was wrong with a phone I purchased (not from them) and buddy was telling me I should have just bought a phone from them and was treating me like garbage. Basically just telling me everything to get me to leave the location. After telling him I don’t know anything about phones and to please stop judging me, he hands me back my phone and tells me theres nothing they can do.
The employee Riley, helped me out by cleaning my charging port for no cost. My phone was causing me. trouble and It needed cleaning an riley did it for me
