I had a very disappointing experience at Mobile Klinik in St. Laurent Mall. When I was explaining what I needed, the gentleman repeatedly talked over me and came across as condescending. Instead of feeling helped, I felt dismissed. Both he and the lady working there made me feel like I was bothering them simply by asking for assistance. Customer service matters, especially when someone is ready to spend money. I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere because I refuse to spend money where I am not treated with respect.... read more

Great service , I was told my phone had a virus , however within a minute , Mohammed had it figured out that it was setting issue , fixed instantly , and then refused any kind of payment ! Thanks again Mobile Klinik and especially Mohammed !
