I have bought two phones from the store. Read the contract before you sign. The first one was no problem. The second one was partially my fault for not reading the contract. My granddaughter was buying a phone for 480. Anthony told us it would be cheaper to take a two-year contract with Telus.He said she would save 240 if we took a two year contract. He charged over 600 for the phone minus 225 for the phone.
Great place. Recently brought a iphone 13 in due to charging issues. Fixed promptly, no charge. This was the 5th time they have not charged me over the years with various devices. Many places would tell you to drop it off and charge you. 5 star service. Staff was friendly.
I went in to get a new plan and refurbished phones for me and my daughter. Anthony went above and beyond and provided some of the best customer service we have ever had. He was very patient and didn’t pressure me, like I have had at other locations. I was extremely impressed with what this store had to offer, as well as the care Anthony took with us. 1000% recommend going there and asking for him if you are interested in getting a great deal and amazing service.
1 Star – Extremely Poor Service and Zero Accountability My experience at Mobile Klinik has been nothing short of frustrating. The customer service is terrible, and the staff seem either blatantly misinformed or completely incompetent. They repeatedly provided incorrect information, and whenever those errors came to light midway through the process, they took absolutely no responsibility. I went in with a phone two days before Christmas. Apps were a mess. The dear lady cleaned it up. Deleted extra apps. And didn’t charge. Thank you so much and merry Christmas.
