I am very disappointed in the service I received. My phone, which was defective and under warranty, was left at the store for over a month waiting for parts, only for the repair to ultimately fail. Technical issues are one thing, but the poor communication was the real problem. I was forced to be the one to follow up at every stage, as the staff provided no status updates. The worst part? Anthony had fixed my cell phone that I could't hear other callers. He was very professional and friendly. He has saved me from getting a new phone. The cost to fix my phone was so cheap I couldn't say NO! THANK YOU ANTHONY!!!
Expensive. Went with a Mobiltech repairs ( ken) on marketplace for half the price.
The gentleman who helped me took the time to help me through the buying of a phone and extras without any pressure at all customer service is still alive and pricing is the same as other tech shops.
