My husband purchased a re-furbished phone from here, the next day we went in again and he was helped with some tech details. Thank you. Then Anthony went above and beyond to help me recover some valuable pictures from my old phone that was overheating and continually dying. We even stood outside (for probably 15 minutes) in -15C cold so that we could air drop to my new phone (purchased elsewhere sorry to say now) as the temporary battery he was using would last longer.
