The gentleman who helped me took the time to help me through the buying of a phone and extras without any pressure at all customer service is still alive and pricing is the same as other tech shops.

Excellent customer service! Dustin went above and beyond to make sure my problem was resolved after dealing with the mess that the St. Albert location created. I waited months for a new screen at St.Albert which never even came in but Dustin was able to order the part and have it replaced all within a of couple days! Fast and efficient! Would recommend this location to everyone!
Went in store as my phone would not start up, found out the on button to turn it on broke , the nice fellow that helped me replaced it at no cost . What a great place. Highly recommend them . Very happy customer
