I booked an appt at Southgate and was frustrated by the wait. The first contact just told me it will be awhile go grab a coffee. I was helped by a young man named Honey. It appeared he had my problem solved quickly but when i got home the problem presisted. I have made another appt for tomorrow.
This Store is a Joke you have to be Jokeing you have a 4.5 star i took my phone here the other day the guy said I'm so busy you be lucky to get your phone back in two weeks but yet you had no phones in front of you your so so busy the only thing you were working on was getting a Date with you co worker so busy anyway I took my phone to a nother Mobile klinik the one in Tarmark 17 Ave she fixed in 2 Day you said 2week if I could give you a half of star you would get the tip of it 2 weeks Joke
Looking to buy a used phone, sale man is rude and pushing, very unprofessional. Will not recommend
