I took my phone to them for a new battery, it took two months. At first I couldn't blame them because it was on backorder, but then every time I called in to ask they switched between it being shipped and not being shipped. Most of thile time i called in they did not answer their phones, abd they do not call vack if you leave a message. There's one employee who was also quiet rude.
