Terrible experience, in the process of fixing a front broken screen, they broke the back of the phone. And even with warranty, parts are back ordered of course. I recommend a third party fix your phones, Telus and mobile klinic are borderline useless.
Roy M was a huge help to me today. Not only did he save me money he explained everything he was doing for every step. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I will 100% be back for ANY phone issues or question. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks a ton Roy!
Took my phone here because that's what Google told me to do, they couldn't fix it, google asked for an official letter stating they couldn't fix it so I went back to ask then for one and they gave me a note that did not say at all what I was asking for. Instead they wrote a bunch of stuff about the cosmetic damage on my phone even though the problem is a software problem. I explained multiple times and they just argued with me.
Isaiah did a phenomenal job helping me look for a case today with not just outstanding professionalism but with kindness as well. What a great example of what a true associate should look like! Thanks Case mogul!
