Took my google phone in for a warranty repair. They told me I have to pay the $600 then get reimbursed by Google. Which isn't true, I spoke with google I also took my phone to a different mobile klink and they fixed the phone without asking for any money. That was just their attempt to get money off me. Also told me my phone has speaker issues which it doesn't. Don't trust their judgment.
I went to this store a week ago. Staff is very friendly, nice and knowledgeable. I think her name is Ashley, she provided exceptional; excellent customer service. Thank you Ashley for doing great job.
