I made an appointment to have my phone repaired, and was told that I needed to leave it for a few hours. Understandable, but it still made me feel uneasy. Went in a couple of months ago to book a Google Pixel 6a battery recall and replacement appointment. Jason said they were still waiting for the new batteries to come but took my phone number down. Actually called me back when they had the batteries and got an appointment for three days after. FYI, I had an appointment at their Metropolis location first and good thing I called before going because they said they had already done their daily quota of battery replacements.
