Told me a different price compared to Metrotown mobile klinik, wouldn’t honour the discount code of 15% off because of “terms”, but wouldn’t explain the terms, price was higher than apple to get screen replaced on iPhone 17 pro…. What’s the point of going here
Had an issue with my phone and the two agents dug in, accepting the challenge and turned an irritation into a solution. This store is where one should go for help and NOT the store two doors down. The OTHER STORE is high pressure and know little about mobile phones in comparison. I was directed by Fido when I upgraded my phone and they were supposed to transfer my data. Poor job and cost me over $400 and ended uo doing it myself. Mobile Klinic are soooo much better.
