Jason was great! Fixed my phone display and was super helpful- He had a lot of great insight on phones and I didn't feel like he was shilling anything at any point which is the type of interaction I prefer. Prices were high and the wait time was a few hours (But I was basically a walk-in so I expected it), but Jason was honest and upfront about it and I appreciated it a lot. Having tried everything I could think of to resolve a wifi connection problem on my iPhone 13 Max, I went to the Mobile Klinix in Royal Centre yesterday. Within a couple of minutes they fixed my problem, and without charge. Very impressed with their technical skill and customer support. Will recommend them to my friends.
