I really appreciated the support, kindness and honesty of the gentleman named Shayam at the Mobile Klinik at Royal City Centre in New Westminster. After 2 other staff at other stores we went to could not seem to figure out how to fix a problem with my iPhone, I was fed up and was going to just buy a newer pre-owned model. Instead of just selling me a phone, Shayam asked what the problem was with my current iPhone. Mobile Klinik did an excellent job. Asurian is the company that provides the warranty and they were an absolute joke but the guy at Mobile Klinik did everything possible to help me resolve the issue with warranty. Once resolved he fixed my phone very fast and had me on my way in less than hour. Very happy with the service and it's too bad that the phone companies can't deal directly with them instead of going through a third party
