Great service and Great plan
The knowledgeable staff at Mobile Klinik gave me the bad news that my phone had died, dropped too often with no protective case. I decided to accept their offer of a refurbished Samsung Galaxy FE 23 while reducing my monthly bill by $20. The phone has worked flawlessly and with a protective case, will be covered by their warranty. Their experience and knowledge has helped this old man greatly over the last few years.
Jason did his best and is an amazing guy, would definitely recommend these guys. Would come here in future for any repairs and this place is worth recommending.
I had an issue with my google Pixel that was covered under google's extended warranty program. Mobile Klinik is the approved shop that google uses to carry out warranty repairs and I can see why! Shum at the new west location was very professional and kind. The service was completed in a fair time and to original standards. If I have future warranty issues or other phone issues I'll be sure to come back to mobile Klinik but specifically this location.
