Much better service at the CF Rideau Centre than the St. Laurent location, where the staff member barely wanted to help me. I needed to replace the screen on my Pixel 8, I had a white line right down the middle of the display. When I went to CF Rideau, they asked all the right questions to make a proper diagnosis and gave me the best options to fix it. I had a great customer experience at Mobile Klinik, and as a bonus, they are fully bilingual! 🤟
Thank you so much ,Sana with the great service.🙏🏾
Was told multiple times it would be up to a week for a new phone screen to some in and was sent to 3 other locations across ottawa. Went around the corner after waiting almost 3 weeks to a competitor and walked out with a working phone in 20 minutes. Never coming back here but found a new place to love
Merci beaucoup pour m' avoir aider ce que le tlphone fonctionne normalement.
