I brought my Samsung S23 infected with viruses, popping up ads and changing the phone's appearance and moving the apps around. I didn't recognize my own phone. I went into the Mobile Klinik airview, and within 5 minutes, all was back to normal. I was thrilled. Also, previously, they replaced the battery in my wife's Apple phone (ugh) with an Apple battery for 1/2 the price quoted by the Apple store. I can't recommend this merchant highly enough. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
I got to give these guys lots of credit. I had an issue with my phone. I took it in and all the guy did was press a few buttons gave me a few tips and I was on my way. I was no even there for 5 minutes. I recommend taking your devices there for servicing. They get the job done with no BS.
