I arrived at this store without any expectations and left within the hour with a new display covered under warranty. I can't recommend Chetak enough. He is calm, polite, obviously skilled at what he does, and takes the time to discuss the issue and solutions. It is rare you find customer service this good.
Quick, friendly and efficient
10/10 highly recommend for cell phone repair!!! I broke my phone and was able to go in a replacement fully backed up and with all data transferred over in 2 hours same day. Chetak was a life saver he provided amazing service even staying after closing time to ensure I was able to have the replacement same day. Phenomenal customer service experience cannot recommend this place enough!!!!
The staff are super helpful and very friendly. I bought two phones from them and the whole experience was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place!
