I am writing this review regarding an extremely upsetting and unprofessional experience I had at Mobile Klinik at Orchard Park Mall in Kelowna, BC while processing an Asurion warranty repair for my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (Invoice #285-9871). I initially visited the location after booking online through the warranty process.
