I am completely satisfied with the customer care provided by Suyash at this location. You need to know I am a difficult customer. I have dyslexia. I am a senior. I am usually cranky. I find Suyash to be skilled at listening to complex problems communicated perhaps not in the best manner by frustrated elders. Moreover, he finds custom solutions that solve the dilemma expediently repair. I have a Google Pixel 8. It started developing some common factory problems. Was told by a friend to take it in here and they would help me order a (free) replacement from Google. Unfortunately Google screwed up the delivery after I had already ordered and refused to send me a new one. After fighting back and forth with Google, and weeks of waiting for a reply, they finally just told me to take it in here to get it replaced. The team here was so easy to work with the whole process. Google was a royal pain but these guys had ... read more

I wanted to leave a review because I was so grateful for all of Saul's help today! I have a Google Pixel 8 which ended up having that vertical pink line problem back in July. I came by the store and an employee helped me out and said they will order the repair parts and call me back when they arrived. I hadn't heard back in a while so I followed up today and Saul managed to squeeze in my repair. Now my screen looks perfect!
