I have been a loyal customer to this location for a few years and have purchased many phones for my family. I went a few weeks ago to purchase a phone for my son and it would be a shame if I didn't mention the excellent service I received from Gurpreet. She was so patient and kind and answered all of our questions - she was absolutely amazing! Thank you Gurpreet for everything....we will definitely be back!
I don't often give 5 star reviews in a world where tips are expected, regardless of service quality and 5 stars are expected for good, not exceptional service, but... I have a Google Pixel 8 which unfortunately came with a manufacturer's defect, vertical pink line on the screen, mine was intermittent. My contract with Telus is up in 2 weeks and I was advised that if I "bring it back" in that condition, I'll be dinged for it.
