I had my reservations about mobile phone repair shops, but I needed my Google Pixel repaired under warranty. Chris helped me out promptly after I explained my issue to the person at the front counter. He examined my phone and made sure I was still under warranty (which I was) and he made the process so simple and easy. I came in to have a family members back glass repaired on an iPhone 13 Pro, I wanted to go to a reputable repair shop to get the device repaired and after some research I came across this MobileKlinik which is owned by Telus and they are an authorized by apple to do repairs. I came in on a Thursday and was greeted by John, he opened by ticket and ordered the back glass as it wasn't in stock at the location and the repair was at a very reasonable price, he also graciously offered me a plan with Koodo which I wasn't sure about... read more
