Conrad and Farwa provided really good and quick service to help fix my PS5 controllers. definitely coming back if i have any other issues
I was recently visiting my son Hamilton from NS and I had a spill on my MacBook Air. I took it to Conrad and I left it with him. He prioritized this, as I was leaving in a few days. He was very knowledgable and helpful. He spent time determining if it could be salvaged, which it could not. He did not charge me anything for his time and work, since it could not be fixed. The service was outstanding and I would highly recommend Conrad and this shop.
I have been to this location many times for various reasons. Today I brought my son there because my sons phone wouldn’t charge sometimes and the battery kept dying quickly. We were greeted promptly and the guy serving us (Conrad) knew right away what the problem could be. He assessed the phone, fixed it and throughly explained everything to us. Conrad is a very knowledgeable and passionate technician… helped a ton
Conrad was super helpful with my phone issue. I had a defective screen and he made sure to check that my phone's screen was cleaned, check the ports and cleaned them for me and even provided some teaching on proper care of the battery ports. When he was sure that all the other options were not causing it, he thoughtfully explained why the screen needed to be replaced and provided a reasonable price for it. Very client-centered approach, knowledgeable and a cool guy too!
